Directions for Repair Returns
RETURN AUTHORIZATION: Please call us so we may issue you a return authorization number.
PACKING LISTS: Should be included with all shipments. The packing list should list the following: each item returned, your return to address, work to be performed, point of contact, phone number and fax number.
TERMS: Net 30, 1.5% 31
TAXES: All parts and services are subject to state and local taxes, if applicable.
PURCHASE ORDERS: Must be sent to us prior to completion and return of a repair, must cover all parts, service and freight costs, must list ship to and bill to information, must list buyers name and phone number, must list a reference order number.
